Moderation Policy

This Oversight Framework applies to your participation in Messaging, Voice Calls, and Video interactions (the "Features") across our digital Hub platforms (the "Applications").

This oversight policy applies to all digital connections, whether through messaging or calls. Deviations from these standards may lead to discontinuation of access and forfeiture of balances without any compensation or reimbursement.

No Active Moderation

Participant exchanges within the Hub are private and not subject to real-time monitoring. You recognize the independent nature of these connections and the possible risks of interacting with strangers. We utilize digital tools to detect protocol breaches; any session found in violation will be ended immediately.

We do not perform background checks on Members or Streamers. Please honor our Usage Agreement, Community Protocols, and Privacy Statement in all interactions.

No Responsibility and Liability

The Hub is not liable for the conduct of Members or Streamers. Such interactions do not reflect the views of the Hub, its leadership, or staff. We reserve the authority to revoke access for any violations of legal or platform standards.

Authorisation and Compliance

By using the Features, you warrant that you have the legal capacity to access them. You agree not to violate the privacy, intellectual property, or legal rights of any person or entity.

Being Civil

Interactions must remain civil and polite. Abusive, illegal, or offensive language that invades the privacy of others is strictly prohibited.

No Stalking or Harassment

Users and Streamers are prohibited from harassing or stalking others, both online and offline. Legal action may be taken where required.

No Sharing

You are prohibited from transcribing, recording, taking screenshots, sharing, or reproducing any information or media shared through the Features.

No Nudity

Explicit or illegal material is strictly forbidden. Our digital detection systems will terminate any session displaying visible nudity instantly, without the possibility of refund or compensation.
